Downloading & installing playRTPMPEG
Supported platforms
"playRTPMPEG" is currently available for
Windows
&
Unix
Windows
Download and run the program
"playRTPMPEGSetup.exe"
(a self-extracting installer).
You will also need a MP3 player program,
such as
"Winamp"
or
"FreeAmp"
Note:
Running "playRTPMPEG" with a separate player application
may not perform well on
Windows 95 or 98 systems, because of the ridiculously large task scheduling
granularity that these OSs use.
(Windows NT is OK, however.)
