Downloading & installing "liveGate for Intranets"

Unix

Linux (GNU/Linux/x86)

1. Download the file liveGateForIntranets.tar.gz
2. Run:

   tar -xzf liveGateForIntranets.tar.gz

3. Create a configuration file named "liveGateInit", and store it in the same directory as "liveGateForIntranets". For instructions on how to set up this file, see the configuration instructions.

FreeBSD

1. Download the file liveGateForIntranets.tar.gz
2. Run:

   tar -xzf liveGateForIntranets.tar.gz

Windows

1. Download and 'unzip' the file liveGateForIntranets.zip.
   (Alternatively, Windows NT users who have purchased a license code can use liveGateForIntranetsService.zip, which runs as a Windows NT Service.)
2. Create a configuration file named "liveGateInit", and store it in the same directory as "liveGateForIntranets.exe" or "liveGateForIntranetsService.exe". For instructions on how to set up this file, see the configuration instructions.
